Addictions 101 is a foundational recovery group for all new substance abuse clients of Peaceful Solutions Counseling.  This group focuses on psychopharmacology, the process of addiction, the process of relapse, the process of recovery, switching addictions, lifestyle changes, healthy communication, healthy relationships, relapse prevention, and other important topics associated with recovery.
